Sean K. Collins earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Williams College and received his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School. Sean's practice focuses on the representation of disabled individuals in all matters relating to their long term disability benefits under private or group insurance plans. In addition, Sean represents disabled veterans seeking to appeal their disability claim status as determined by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Prior to joining the Firm, Sean was an Associate with Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd where he represented defrauded investors seeking redress for their losses; Sean worked with a team of lawyers and accountants that investigated and prosecuted fraud at large publicly traded companies.
Sean is a member of both the Connecticut and California bars and is admitted to practice before the Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
